We receive all service of process for our clients and keep all the important documents in your own secure online client account. NYRA’s registered agent service also includes having us in your corner for all aspects of corporate compliance. Annual franchise taxes? Biennial Statements? Psshhhhh, you’ll never forget a deadline again, we’ll remind you.
Already have a registered agent? No problem, we can assist you in changing your New York registered agent.
Business Formation Services
We’re all about business, or at least enabling people to start their own. Our staff are experts in the formation of all businesses entities, and all of our business formation packages include a year of New York’s best registered agent service, and for LLCs, some serious publication savings. Additional Services
If you’ve read any of the other pages on this website, you’d know that the last thing we would want to do is sucker you into buying something you don’t necessarily need. That’s why we don’t try and jam these additional services into our packages and upsell you to death. But hey, look at these products, they’re pretty neat, and that’s all we’ll say about it before we become massive hypocrites.
These bad boys are just cool. Nothing says “legit” like being able to stamp your New York company’s name, official logo, and formation date on stuff. It’s technically for important documents like stock certificates and official memos, but you could also use it on whomever passes out first at your company’s holiday party. That’s your prerogative.
If your New York corporation takes off like wildfire, that means your paperwork is going to take off like wildfire as well. We offer a custom Corporate Record Book, attach your articles of incorporation and bylaws, and leave you room to record your meeting minutes.
If you need to do business overseas regarding your New York business entity, don’t leave without getting any vital documents notarized with an Apostille. If you ever need to prove ownership or sales to a bureau in a foreign country, an Apostilles certification is an absolute must. At New York Registered Agent, we can file for your Apostille-certified documents in person, cutting days off your standard processing time.
If you ever misplace any of your vital business documents (ahem, Corporate Book) we can always take a walk over to the Division of Corporation’s office and get you certified copies, and then securely mail them to you. A certified copy of any business document is as good as gold, and can take the place of any original document.
When you register an LLC in the state of New York, you’ll have to deal with New York’s LLC publication requirement. This outdated law requires LLCs to publish notices with two local newspapers for six consecutive weeks within 120 days of formation. To add insult to injury, this procedure can be ridiculously expensive, depending on where your business is located. The good news: if you file with us you can use our address, which is the cheapest way to deal with this silly requirement.
Businesses registered with the New York Division of Corporations must file a report every other year called the New York Biennial Statement. In this report you’ll provide basic information about your business (including any updates) and pay a modest fee. The fact that this is filed every two years makes it tricky to keep track of. But we’ll send you reminders, and can even file your biennial statement for you, if you like.
